💞 Couples Hypnotherapy
In this package we Explore Couples Hypnotherapy with Hero’s Journey. By learning how to reconnect with yourself, then with each other.
Relationships are living, evolving journeys—and sometimes we lose sight of one another when we’ve lost touch with ourselves.
Hypnotherapy can open new ways to communicate
This gentle, 3-session hypnotherapy offering is designed to help couples reconnect—not by jumping straight into “fixing,” but by taking time to first honor each individual within the relationship.
Carl Writes
“Relationships can be the nearest thing to heaven or hell.” I remember hearing this at a meeting I went to. And I guess I have to agree, a close relationship can be rewarding, yet one that is difficult can lead to real issues. In designing this, I want couples to first focus on themselves. If you are connected internally it is easier to connect externally. Most of our problems could be rooted in communication. By using Hypnotherapy to create pathways of communication, that create trust and understanding. Offering this service at Hero’s Journey Hypnotherapy, I can draw on my own experience of relationships, while understanding your own journey
🌀 The Process
Session 1 & 2:
Each partner is seen individually in a confidential, one-on-one session. This creates space to explore personal experiences, emotional blocks, and inner patterns—without pressure or performance.
It’s a time to reconnect with yourself, and understand what you’re bringing to the shared space.
Session 3:
You come together for a guided hypnotherapy session focused on healing, connection, and shared intention.
This isn’t about blame or past wounds—it’s about holding space for each other’s growth and rediscovering the resonance between you.
✨ Built on trust. Held in care. Rooted in love.
This work is as much about self-awareness as it is about connection. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s presence.

Disclaimer:
I am not a registered marriage counsellor. This offering is not a substitute for relationship therapy or crisis counselling.
However, I deeply believe in the healing potential of relationships—especially when both people come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.
This process is not about blame or fixing. It’s about rediscovering connection, clarity, and compassion—from the inside out.
