Before your session, you’ll fill in a short intake form. It’s a starting point—your first step on the journey.

We begin by talking through your current experience. I’ll ask open, objective questions—usually “how” rather than “why”—to uncover patterns and possibilities.
🌿 Induction into Hypnotherapy
This is the start of the hypnosis process. You’ll be guided into a relaxed, curious state of awareness, where you can safely let go of tension and begin to explore with freedom.
🌀 What is Deepening in Hypnotherapy?
As you drop further into calm, your mind becomes more focused and receptive. This is where real insight can emerge.
🔎 Guided Inner Work
Together, we gently explore what you’ve come to work on. Often, you’ll see things in a whole new way—gaining perspective, finding emotional release, or sensing a pathway that wasn’t visible before.

There’s time within the session to truly reflect. Many people are surprised by how time seems to expand—giving space to connect deeply with yourself.

Before the session ends, we check in and ground what you’ve discovered. Your insights are yours to keep—and I help you begin to translate them into real change.
