We all want to change and goal setting and action planning for health behaviour change are a major part of that. So that change is effective, goal setting is essential.

Day 1: Desire

Desire. The will to change is usually born from desire. Sometimes that desire is a spark of inspiration; other times, it is a last resort. For example, you might want to become more flexible to improve your athletic performance, or perhaps it’s because a back injury has made movement painful. While the motivations differ, the goal is the same: progress.

Design

Discernment
